You have to input required data with the format which is shown above by types of atom. If IATPFL=1 is specified, you have to eliminate atomic positions.

原子の種類毎に上記のフォーマットで必要なデータを入力する。IATPFL=1 が指定されたときは、原子位置を省かなければならない。
