The template of the script which is necessary for the calculation is stored. If you actually want to execute the calculation of a target system, you should copy all these scripts to the working-directory (${wkdir}/${dirname}) and do it. (Refer to 1.1.3)

計算に必要なスクリプトのテンプレートが格納されている。実際に目的の系の計算を実行する場合は、このスクリプトを全て 作業ディレクトリ(${wkdir}/${dirname})にコピーして使用すればよい。 (1.1.3参照)
