1.2.4 ppfile/

Prepared data of pseudopotential are stored separately in the directories of each atomic. When you execute the calculation, you must edit the script file ${datfile}.ppf.sh in the work-directry and align the file of pseudopotential which is used in that calculation. There is a table of existing pseudopotential file in the file pplist.

あらかじめ用意されている擬ポテンシャルデータが元素毎のディレクトリーに分けて格納されている。計算を実行する際には、 作業ディレクトリー中のスクリプトファイル${datfile}.ppf.shを編集して使用する擬ポテンシャルの ファイル名を指定する。ファイルpplistには既存の擬ポテンシャルファイルの一覧表がある。
