結晶シリコンについての各種計算。
exlist.sh内で多くのルーチンが指定されているが、これは、新しい
計算環境で計算を始める前に、チェック計算を行うために使うとよい。
サンプル計算の結果もファイルsample0.check.res.s等に
あるので、チェック計算を行って吐き出されるファイルresとの
違いを確認することができる。
