NSPIN=4. When convergence of an electron system is performed,
it plays a role of an option which rotates total spin magnetic moments of the system to a direction
which you assigned for each step. An input file ${tmpdir}/spnrot.dat used by TSPNROT is used
as the direction to specify. You should not assign TSPNROT and TSPNSET at the same time.
NSPIN=4のときに有効なフラグである。
電子系の収束を行う際に、各ステップで、系の全スピン磁気モーメントを指定した
方向へ回転させるオプションである。指定する方向は、TSPNROTで用いた
入力ファイル${tmpdir}/spnrot.datを用いる。
TSPNROTとTSPNSETを同時に指定しないようする。
