2.7 Function of TFOR(TFORの機能)

Force on atoms MD to atoms are calculated at the same time. It's a little difficult to configure that force on atoms is calculated and MD to atoms isn't calculated. (If you don't want to move atoms anywhere, you should assign 0 to IFORCE in the input of atomic positions.)

After finishing convergence of the electron system in the first calculation with a flag TFOR, it is started from NBEG=1.

原子に働く力を計算すると同時に原子に対する分子動力学も実行する。 原子に働く力を計算するだけで原子の分動力学を行わないようにするのは少し 複雑になるようにコーディングされている。(どうしても原子を動かしたくないとき は、原子の座標を入力するときのIFORCEという整数を0とするれば よい。これはもともと一部の原子ののみを動かしたいときのオプションである。)

電子系を収束させた後、TFORにフラグを立てる最初の計算では、 NBEG=-1から始めるようになっている。
