The super-lattice of the atomic arrangement is generated. This script is executed before performing the convergence of the electron system, and the atomic arrangement data in script file sample.dat.sh is calculated beforehand. In NSL1,NSL2,NSL3, multiples of the direction of each crystal axis is assigned by natural numbers. In regards to other inputs, the input in the script file sample.dat.sh should be helpful.

原子配置の超格子を作成する。電子系の収束を行う前に実行し、 スクリプトsample.dat.sh内の原子配置データをあらかじめ計算 するものである。NSL1,NSL2,NSL3に各結晶軸方向の倍数 を自然数で指定する。その他の入力については、スクリプトsample.dat.sh内の 入力が参考になるはずである。
