Calculation of MD is started by using a wave function data until 2 time steps before with a Verlet algorithm. It is a usual calculation with a Verlet algorithm. However, for the velocity of the wave function, calculations which use the approximate expression of the wave function of the two time steps are executed without securing the big data of a wave function.

ベルレアルゴリズムで時間ステップの2つ前までの波動関数 データを用いてMDの計算を開始する。ベルレアルゴリズムで の通常の計算である。ただし、波動関数の速度については、 波動関数の大きなデータを確保せずに、2つの時刻の波動 関数から近似式を用いて計算を行っている。
