NSPIN=4, after finishing the convergence of the electron system, this script file
is used to rotate spin quantization axis of the whole system and change to the magnetic structure which is easy
to understand. For the convergence of the electron system, ex_opte_more1.sh is used in the internal
script spnset_auto.sh. The data of spnrot.dat in sample.dat.sh which assigns
the spin quantization axis of the whole system is automatically configured. Therefore, you must assign
reference files and wave function files which contain the current data in this script
ex_spnset_auto.sh. You also must assgin a file for the out put.
NSPIN=4の場合に、電子系が収束した後に、系全体のスピン量子化軸を
回転させて分かりやすい磁気構造にするために使用するスクリプトである。
電子系の収束には内部のスクリプトspnset_auto.shの中で
ex_opte_more1.shが使用される。
系全体のスピン量子化軸等を指定するsample.dat.shのファイル中にあ
るspnrot.datのデータを自動的に設定してくれる。そのために、
このスクリプトex_spnset_auto.shの中で、現在のデータが入っている
参照ファイルや波動関数ファイルを指定する。出力のためのファイルも
指定する。
