In the input of sample.dat.sh, an option of IREL was added as shwon below.

It is changed in order to reveal whether or not the relativistic calculation is performed.

Seasoned User

Previously, because it is automatically determined by a paremeter IRELPS(IS) in the pseudopotential, it does not correspond to the cases when various atom exist and, the relativistic and the non-relativistic pseudopotential are used simultaneously. Even when IRELPS(IS)=0,2 in the pseudopotential, the relativistic calculation is performed if IREL=1 is specified. But in this case, the effect of spin orbit interaction is not considered.

sample.dat.shの入力において、

の行を

0 0              JXC IREL

ようにして、IRELのオプションを追加し、相対論的な計算(IREL=1)を行うかどうかを、 あらわに指定するように変更した。

ベテランユーザ

これまでは、擬ポテンシャルファイル内の パラメータIRELPS(IS)により、 自動的に判別していたので、多種原子の場合に、相対論擬ポテンシャルとそうでない ものが混在する場合に対応していなかった。 擬ポテンシャルファイル内のパラメータIRELPS(IS)=0,2のときでも、 IREL=1が指定されると相対論計算を行うようにした。ただし、この場合は スピン軌道相互作用の効果は入らない。
