The calculation result file of the res.for.$xxx$ form is generated.The integer of the treble specified with jnumstart enters for $xxx$. And the file that integral value that grew one every time MD calculation entered is generated.

res.for.$xxx$形式の計算結果ファイルが生成される。$xxx$には、jnumstartで指定した3桁の整数 が入り、MD計算を進める度に1ずつ大きくなった整数値が入ったファイルが生成される。
