Even if convergence accuracy doesn't reach epsekc0 which is designated in cpvo.sh, force acting on each atom and pressure are calculated and calculation is stopwhen iteration count reaches criterion described in elemetal.sh or elesimple.sh.

cpvo.shで指定した収束精度epsekc0に達しなくても、elemetal.shまたは elesimple.shに記述されている繰り返し回数が終わると原子に働く力と圧力を計算して終了する。
